Camellia 'Koto no Kaori'
Evergreen shrub, dark green glossy leaves. Masses of single, rose-pink blooms with prominent yellow stamens through winter and spring. Could be grown as a specimen, clipped into a hedge, added to a mixed planting, used in cottage gardens, planted around outdoor living areas, or used as a backdrop for smaller plants. Best in semi-shade, sheltered site. Hardy.
